[2.55] Request for a "Mass Overlay" option for the Tile Page

(I mentioned this on discord and got an answer, but I'm putting it here too per request.)

I was wondering if the overlay/ underlay (O/Ctrl+O) feature could be made to work with multiple tiles. It would essentially be just like copy/ paste, but for overlaying tiles.

You select your 4x4 group of tiles to overlay, and, just like with copy/ paste, you'd be able to overlay this 4x4 block at once. Sorry if this sounds repetitive, I just want to be clear.

Someone else also mentioned the possibility of laying one tile over many other tiles. I'm more interested in the former, but this might be useful too.

I am in full agreement that this needs to be added. I could think of possibly hundreds of times where I could have used it.
